A CURATED COMMUNITY & CREATIVE INCUBATOR

Founded by those who were brave enough to take risks, become pioneers and forge new endeavours, The Netter Building is being returned to its exploratory roots. Through an extensive restoration process, the old gem is being lovingly brought into a current relevance, ensuring the memory of its richly layered past remains subtly woven amongst the new.

Wanting to continue a legacy of eclectic and creative beginnings, the overall vision sees a combining of business, the arts, hospitality, and boutique residences under the one roof.

Symbolic of an immersion within the West End and an associated grit and hustle, the intent is to curate a creative community of the like-minded, to act as dutiful custodians and do its founders proud.
